What data we collect and why
When you complete the form on this site, we collect your email address and any other information you choose to provide (name, drummer type, free-text answers). We collect this to send you the CAD file download link and occasional project updates, and to understand who is using the files.
We do not collect any data automatically. This site uses no cookies, no tracking pixels, and no analytics scripts. GitHub Pages, which hosts this site, may log standard server access data (IP address, browser type) as part of its infrastructure — see GitHub's privacy statement for details.
Lawful basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing or emailing us.
Who we share data with
Your email address and form responses are passed to MailerLite, our email service provider, which processes data in accordance with its own privacy policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any other third party.
How long we keep your data
We keep your data for as long as you remain subscribed to our mailing list. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, which will result in your data being deleted from MailerLite. To request deletion of any separately held data, email oli@berkanadrums.com.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact oli@berkanadrums.com.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK's Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. We are a small operation and this policy reflects that — we collect the minimum necessary and use it only for what we say above.
